BEMA GMBH servo driven tool programmable coolant systems are a 2_aforward thinking idea from a company that understands the problems of CNC machining centres with tool changers carrying tools of various lengths. Sometimes having the operator continually opening the machine guard to adjust the position of the tool CNC coolant nozzle can cause a loss in production time and in some cases be a concern for health and safety. The BEMA system allows the adjustment of the coolant nozzle from outside the CNC machine tool via a manual control or, if the machine works on a batch production schedule, automatically via a servo driven CNC programmable coolant unit.
